"Awesome products, reasonably priced and quick shipping!"
I got myself two pairs of Lakai Cambridge. It was a fantastic first experience. The delivery was speedy and the customer service was top-notch. Prices are good, and I’ll surely be shopping at The Vines again. Much appreciated!

"Gift for Christmas"
My order got misplaced, but The Vine was super helpful and sent out a replacement right away. It wasn’t their fault that Royal Mail lost it. I'm really pleased with the purchase for a Christmas gift and will definitely shop here again.

I got the medium towelling robe, but it ended up being a bit tight. They were super nice and sent me the bigger size in no time, plus they answered all my queries. I’ll definitely shop with them again. Fantastic service, and the robe is incredibly comfy.

I gotta say, the support from this company is top-notch. Even though they sent me the wrong size at first, I called them up, explained my situation, and mentioned I needed it fast for a birthday gift. They really went above and beyond to fix it. They expedited the replacement order, which was actually out of stock, and kept me in the loop about when it was shipped and made sure I got it. The item arrived way ahead of when I needed it. Super friendly and efficient service, whether on the phone or through email.

"Outstanding Service from These Folks!"
These folks really went the extra mile. My item from eBay didn’t show up, so I reached out to them, and within a day, a replacement was at my door. Five-star treatment all the way! But then, three weeks later, I got a heads-up from Royal Mail saying they had the original. I covered the postage and snapped some pics as proof, then sent them an email. They kindly allowed me to keep the skate bearings. Truly top-notch customer service! Thanks a ton!

I’m still waiting on my order that I made almost two weeks back, and there’s been no word from the seller, so I’m kinda stuck here. We ended up buying from another place and are just hoping to get our money back! :(
